The Inside & Out Movement 30-Day Challenge is an online group program based on the ancient healing wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this uplifting program, you'll:

  • Join with dedicated people to motivate and inspire you

    Here's what you'll get with the group membership:

    1. A beautiful paperback JOURNAL to keep you motivated. 

    2. Access to Radiant Shenti's private and public libraries of movement and meditation VIDEOS. Learn and relearn at your own pace.

    3. Answers to your questions during LIVE group-member only WEEKLY CHATS with Dr. Juli Kramer and other group members. If you can’t join live, you’ll be able to submit your questions in advance. Recordings will be available to members so you can watch at your convenience.
    1. LIVE group-member only MOVEMENT CLASSES three times each week so that you can join at your convenience. Follow along while Dr. Juli Kramer leads different forms of exercise and movement that will boost your health to new levels!  Note: You can participate with your camera on or off.

    All Weekly Chats and Classes will be recorded for you to watch, or re-watch, at your convenience.
