Radiant Shenti's rosebud tea consists of whole, young buds, tightly compact and beautiful in appearance and aroma. Made from real rosebuds, plucked when they are young and then dried.
This tea has a natural rosy taste and aroma, making it a lovely and highly enjoyable tea. It offers a flowery aroma, a light sweet taste and results in a pale brew.
These rosebuds have been grown especially for tea on centuries old farms. Many western rosebud teas simply use garden variety flowers. This heritage gives our rosebuds enhanced mineral and vitamin benefits, in addition to beautiful rose flavor and aromatics.

Rosebud tea contains several different vitamins, Vitamin C in particular, which are helpful in resisting harmful effects of aging. Rose tea can also invigorate the blood circulation, cure bruises and traumatic injury, diminish inflammation, smooth the throat, promote the healing of wounds, prevent or help heal cardiovascular disease, improve liver functioning, and boost the metabolism.

How to Brew
Measure out the quantity of buds you want to steep and rinse them with boiling water. The quantity varies based on how strong you want the flavor, but you should plan on using 1-2 teaspoons of rose buds.
While it's true that 'rinsing' removes dust that has settled on the tea during the aging process, it is more importantly used to 'awaken' the buds before you infuse them. To rinse your tea, place the buds in a brewing vessel, pour near-boiling water over them and then quickly discard the water.
After you've rinsed your rose buds, you're ready to steep them. Bring your water to 195-205°F, and steep for 1-3 minutes.
